A

Reactions workforce goes through when forced into a change:

Shock - when hearing about a change initiative as used to present ways of working

Anger - as they begin to understand the implication of the change and leaders driving them

Rejection - of the change idea to carry on how things are today

Acceptance - getting used to the change idea and starting to embrace it

Hope - see the benefits of the change
