IT - does the infrastructure & systems support the processes and work?

Business - strategic/cultural/organisational fit, process compatibility, regulations

Technical - system performances, technical skills,

Financial - budget, funds available or can be borrowed, fast enough payback, acceptable ROI/cashflow

SDLC

A

System development life cycle is linked to the Business Change Life Cycle to show how a solution could be developed and delivered:

Waterfall - sequential stages with approval reviews in between

Incremental - develop and deliver the solution in a series of increments that won’t need revision

Iterative - small pieces of software developed with the customer that can be changed anytime

V-Model - a variation of Waterfall but testing at each stage
