Q

Tell me about a time when you did not effectively manage your projects and something did not get completed on time.

A

I tend to get impatient wit store staff when they are unenthusiastic or lack a sense of urgency. I end up doing the merchandising for the store and I would end up behind in my rotation of store visits.
So I created a merchandising SOP to keep the store team involved and them having to do the heavy lifting.

Q

It can be difficult to set goals for a team that are challenging, yet achievable. Tell me about a time when you hit the right balance.

A

Creating a merchandising SOP so store teams are more involved and doing the heavy lifting –> this is to work towards autonomy.
