Define vegeterian diet.
A vegetarian diet excludes meat, poultry and seafood but includes plant-based foods such as fruits. Vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Some vegetarian diets can also include dairy products, such as milk, cheese, and yogurt, as well as eggs.

Define a vegan diet.
A vegan diet, which excludes any animal products and focuses on plant-based foods, could bring up some possible health risks. They can include depression and anxiety due to the omega-3 and zinc deficiency, hair loss due to protein, zinc and iron deficiencies, anemia due to iron and vitamin B deficiencies or bone fractures (osteoporosis) due to the vitamin D and calcium deficiencies.
