What is VoIP?
VoIP is a technology that allows you to make calls over the internet instead of traditional phone lines or cellular connections. For examples of VoIP software are skype, Facetime, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp calls

-Cheaper than traditional phone calls.
-VoIP software is usually free to download/use free.
-One can transfer files by using VoIP.
-Allows one to make video conference calls.
What are the disadvantages of VoIP?
-if your internet connection is slow, the call quality may be poor.
-VoIP can use up a lot of your data cap. especially when using video.

-A good tool for advertising and marketing.
Disadvantages of Social networking
-Users at risk of identity theft, fraud, cyberstalking, cyberbullying etc.
-Users share false information on profiles to manipulate other users.
-People often create a fake(“perfect”) online life which makes other people feel like their lives are lacking.
-Promotes loss in productivity in the workplace- employees spend too much time online.
-Social media is also used as platform to scam or steal from people.

-Protect your privacy by managing your privacy settings
