1. **Glucagon**- 0.1mg IV, will decrease sphincter of Oddi baseline pressure - Can cause PONV, allergic reaction 2. N-butylscopolamine bromide (Buscopan)- 40 mg IV - Inhibites spasms, takes 3-8min, may facilitate intubation of papilla 3. Nitroglycerin-1.2 mg sublingual
