What do you understand unconscious bias to mean?

A

Unconscious bias refers to automatic stereotypes or judgement based on factors like race, age, gender or appearance. These biases can influence decision making without the individual being aware of it, i.e. thinking someone is less intelligent or responsible because they’re younger.
