If during isolation of faulted S/G, you cannot shut the AFW feed valves what possible actions can you take?

What do you have to be careful about when taking extra actions to secure flow to faulted S/G?

A
  • send local operators to shut valve
  • secure AFW pump feeding faulted S/G
    • use hutch interlock
  • you maintain flow to at least one INTACT S/G
