What is the circle system?

A

2 circles are established and inter circle, and an outer circle. The radius is determined by the estimated time that has elapsed from the commission of the crime.

The crime scene is the centerpoint of the circle you drive two circles around that point

The inner circle is the area surrounding the crime scene

The outer circle is the fugitive apprehension zone if they get through the inner circle.

Patrol the area between the circles

Establish blocking points

Stop all traffic and interview all operators.
