10 days written notification to the colonel for a dispute

Written statement from the members of physician detailing the medical reasons the member cannot perform such as assignments

After how many months of being assigned to temporary modified duty shall I be examined by a state police surgeon?

Answer 2

12 months (over the 12 month time frame of the eligibility which is less than 12 months)

The state police surgeon SHALL recommended the colonel:

Remain on temporary modified duty

Submit to a medical examination, as directed by the

Or be placed on full duty, no duty or temporary modified duty or

Be separated from the department, discharged or retired .

Eligibility for temporary modified duty status shall include this timeframe

Require that the members anticipated period of injury, illness, or incapacitation, temporary nature, meaning, less than 12 MONTHS in duration.
