Clinical features

A

Headache fever meningism drowsiness
Aphasia, cranial nerve palsies
Altered conciousness and seizures are more common in encephalitis then meningitis
Patients is agitated but not in meningitis

Herpex simple shows edema and low density lesion in temporal lobe on ct scan
