Who is Bacon?
A
He was a scientist who used the scientific method. He believed that by better uderstanding the world scientsists would generate practitcal knowledge taht would improve peoples lives.

How did the scientific revolution change the way people thought?
A
People started to question their authority and beliefs because they were learning about new inventions and discoveries. Before the scientific revolution people believed the Church’s writings on the world, the earth and science. The discoveries made during the scientific revolution cause people to question long standing beliefs.
