this mural was commissioned by End Youth Homelessness, a movement of local charities that have joned together to end youth homelessness on a national scale and give vulnerable young people a future.

it was painted by Voyder and Gazmac (or Garry Mackay, who is a studio director at SWG3, a multidisciplinary arts venue).

• in 2004 SWG3 recognised a lack of affordable studio spaces in the city. in response they established seven studios on the second floor of a warehouse which were free to the resident artists, including Mark Worst (a tattoo artist and illustrator).
• As you can tell glaswegians are passionate about sustaining Glasgow’s art scene and enabling young, emerging artists to thrive.
