GnRH – Stimulates FSH and LH release.
TRH – Stimulates TSH release.

GH – Promotes growth and metabolism.
ACTH – Stimulates cortisol production ( stress response)

ADH – Promotes kidney water reabsorption.
Oxytocin – Stimulates uterine contractions.
What does the pineal gland secrete?
Melatonin – Regulates sleep-wake cycles.
What does the thyroid gland secrete?
T3/T4 – Control metabolism and development.
Calcitonin – Lowers blood calcium.
What does the parathyroid gland secrete?
PTH – Increases blood calcium levels.
What does the thymus secrete?
Thymosin – Matures T-cells for immune response.
What does the adrenal cortex secrete?
Cortisol – Manages stress and metabolism.
Aldosterone – Regulates salt/water balance.
What does the adrenal medulla secrete?
Epinephrine – Triggers fight-or-flight.
Norepinephrine – Increases blood pressure.
What does the pancreas secrete?
Insulin – Lowers blood glucose.
Glucagon – Raises blood glucose.
What do the ovaries secrete?
Estrogen – Develops female traits, regulates cycle.
Progesterone – Maintains uterus.
What do the testes secrete?
Testosterone – Develops male traits, produces sperm.
Inhibin – Inhibits FSH.

hCG – Maintains pregnancy in early stages.
