Presentation
A
Menorrhagia, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, dysuria, dysmenorrhoea.

Examination
A
Fixed, retroverted, uterus.
Post fornix tenderness
Utero-sacral ligament nodule
General tenderness

Investigations
A
USS Pelvis to assess severity of endometriosis.
Gold standard is laparoscopy. Finding chocolate cysts.

Treatment
A
COCP for 6-12 months or progesterone only pill. Causes atrophy of the lesions.
Laprascopic surgery and laser ablation.
