Labyrinthitis =Meclizine &steroids

granulomatous inflammation of the cavernous sinus w/opthalmoplegia

sx: looks just like CVT! “sinusitis pressure causes thrombosis in cavernous sinus = Fever, HA, Ptosis & proptosis + CN3,4,6 & internal carotid A problems.”
tx: steroids
