-Erect antenna by breaking the water soluble bands. -Remove plastic bag under lanyard and place the lower end of the beacon into the bag. -Fill the bag with sufficient impure water (or tea, coffee, thin soup or urine) to cover the holes to activate the battery. -Keep the beacon in a vertical position.
