No, they don't rate their diets as wonderful, but they take a TON of supplements.

Probably not b/c I am a recreational exerciser. In an untrained, recreational athlete, this doesn't have much effect.

Be abstinent during training so that you are not tolerant & then pump the caffeine the morning of.
