A
October 1920, Vilna was annexed by Poland from Lithuania. The league ordered Poland to give vilna back but was powerless to stop the conflict

Aaland Island- 1921
A
This island was Finnish territory but was mainly Swedish and wanted independence. Conflict nearly broke out but the League ordered Finnish troops to leave but remain in Finland. Both countries agreed.
