A

A
  • based in the netherlands and was made up of judges from the member countries
  • this was meant to be a huge part of the league by settling beef of other countries peacefully
  • it would also solve the border dispute of countries

A

each of the members had a veto, this meant that just ONE country could stop the whole council from acting.

  • this comission hired expert reporters whose job it was to report to the league if Gb+fR were treating people with respect

  • a bigger power was able to dominate the league ( Italy who was supposed to be a permanent member)
  • league was overshadowed by a rival constitution
  • Gb + Fr divided on that to do (France occupied in the Ruhr)

  • Gb + Fr act decisively + in unity
  • perpetrators (Greece) accepted decision
  • league acted quickly
