What is the difference between a trans-fat and a typical unsaturated Fat?
Trans fats hace a double bond where each carbon has a H atom but they are on opposite sides

Same or Same Side. (think Sat-Fats)

Why is there no Daily limit percentage for Trans Fats on food labels?
because we don’t know what the daily limit should be.
