No as it is not in indelible ink and hasn’t been signed in ink by an appropriate prescriber

1. Uncertainty that supply is made against a legally valid rx
2. Risks of poor production
3. Risk of not getting original rx therefore unable to demonstrate a supply has been made in accordance with a rx
4. Risk that original rx is subsequently amended therefore supply not made in accordance with a rx
5. Risk fax is sent to multiple pharmacies

6. Risk rx isn’t genuine
7. Risk that system sending or receiving isn’t secure

Can you supply a schedule 2 or 3 CD against a fax?

Answer 3

No it is unlawful unless there is a lawful rx
