Personality traits
Personality traits are the relatively enduring patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that reflect the tendency to respond in certain ways under certain circumstances (Sanchez-Roige et al., 2017)
Personality types
Personality types are broad, categorical classifications based on a collection of traits
What does Hippocrates Four Humours propose?
The body consists of 4 humours or bodily fluids. The predominance of one of these fluids determine our unique temperamental characteristics resulting in a particular type of personality
