The first number (20) indicates the distance the person is from the chart, while the second number indicates the distance at which a person with normal vision can read the same line.
For example, 20/40 means the person can see at 20 feet what someone with normal vision can see at 40 feet

near vision acuity test - J1 is a normal finding: aka pt can read the smallest paragraph
Petechia
tiny, pinpoint-sized red, purple, or brown spots on the skin caused by capillary bleeding. They are flat, unraised, and do not disappear when pressure is applied
contusion
bruise - injury to soft tissue that causes bleeding without breaking the skin
hematoma
pooling of blood under the skin, often raised and swelling - damage to larger blood vessels
pustule
a small, circumscribed, pus-filled elevation of the skin, often appearing as a red bump with a white or yellowish center
Macule
a flat, circumscribed lesion that is less than 1 centimeter in diameter and is a change in skin color without elevation or change in texture
