Which form of FIP can present with nervous system CS?
A
- dry

How does it present? Why?
A
- it generally produces multifocal inflammatory lesions throughout the nervous system
- generally present with multifocal lesion localisation
- insidiously progressive
- sometimes present initially as a progressive hindlimb paresis, which eventually will become more generalised with multifocal signs

Diagnosis
A
- can be aided by CSF analysis

Tx and prognosis
A
- prognosis without tx is hopeless
- new tx regimes e.g. remdesivir/GS-441524 can produce remarkable results
