Q

What is the SFCC and how many are there ?

A

There are 2 Slats Flaps Control Computers, which controls the operation of the SLATS and the other one for the FLAPS.
Each SFCC has 2 channels, one for the slats and the other one for the flaps.

16
Q

At which speed do the flaps automatically retract from CONF 1+F to 0 ?

A

210 kt (before reaching VFE)

17
Q

At which speed do the flaps automatically extend from CONF 1 to CONF 1+F ?

A

100 kt

18
Q

What happens during a Go-Around when the crew select CONF 1 lever when speed is below 210 kt ?

A

When selecting CONF 1 from CONF 2 when speed is below 210 kt, pilot get CONF 1+F

19
Q

What is the purpose of the ALPHA/SPEED lock funtion (slats)

A

It inhibits the slats retraction at high AoA and low speed.

20
Q

When does the ALPHA/SPEED lock function activate ?

A

If the AoA is above 8.5° or speed below 148 kt

21
Q

When does the ALPHA/SPEED lock function reset ?

A

If the AoA is less than 7.6° or speed above 154 kt
