-not presence of longitudinal arch
-instruct athlete to stand event distributed
-single leg heel raise not appearance of arch
Findings
-if arch was gone = supple pes planus
-positive windlass if pain occurs = possible plantar fasciitis
Interdigital neuroma test
Supine leg extended Action -squeeze metatarsal heads -hold 1-2 minutes Findings - pain, tingling, and numbness = interdigital neuroma
Long bone compression test
Seated leg extended Action -place finger distal and proximal end compress together Findings Pain = fracture
