what are forces
a force can be a push or a pull

how can you represent forces
force diagrams.
arrows are used to show how big the force is (bigger if longer)
the arrows are also used to show which way the the force acts
what are balanced forces
they are forces acting on an object but are equal in size but aslo act in opposite directions.
what happens if the forces on an object are balanced
a stationary object stays still
a moving object continues to move in the same direction at the same speed
what are unbalanced forces
when there are 2 forces acting on an object but one is bigger than the other
what happen if the forces on an object are unbalaced
cause a change in speed or motion
