0 to 1: oral
1 to 3: Anal
3 to 6: Phallic
6 to puberty: latent
puberty onward: genital

Stem from conflicts throughout life
- Trust vs Mistrust (0 to 1)
- Autonomy vs Shame (1 to 3)

- Pre-conventional (share toy, if not, get in trouble)
- Conventional (slow down because the law says so)
- Post-conventional (just because the law says so doesn’t mean it is ethical)
