Used to denote the location of covers by use of the following symbols: LR, LS, RR, RS, or other.The top line on F-128 is to be used to denote a complete change of hose or covers in a location on an apparatus. For example, if a complete change of covers is made on the right side, an entry will be made on the top line using the symbol “R” with a corresponding date on the line below. An entry will be made for each cover removed from and placed on the apparatus. The purpose of the top line is to show at a glance the date of the last complete change.
