What is a Product?
A produced, quantifiable artifact that can be either a finished item or a component of an item.
What is a Program?
Projects, subprograms, and related program activities that are managed in a coordinated manner to achieve benefits that would not be achieved if managed individually.
What is a Project?
A temporary effort undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result. The temporary nature of projects indicates a beginning and end to the project work or a phase of project work. Projects can stand alone or be part of a program or portfolio.
What is Project Management?
Application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. Different development approaches may be used, such as predictive or adaptive.
What is a Project Manager?
A person appointed by the executing organization to lead the project team responsible for achieving the project objectives.

What is the Project Team?
Group of individuals who carry out project work in order to achieve its objectives

What is the Value Delivery System?
A set of strategic business activities aimed at building, sustaining, and/or advancing an organization. Portfolios, programs, projects, products, and operations can be part of an organization’s value delivery system.
What is the definition of Value?
Quality, importance, or usefulness of something. Different stakeholders perceive the value of different
maneras.

Who are the Stakeholders?
Stakeholders can be individuals, groups, or organizations that can affect, be affected by, or perceive themselves as affected by a decision, activity, or outcome of a portfolio, program, or project. Stakeholders also directly or indirectly influence a project, its performance, or outcome, either positively or negatively.
