• Main uses:
- immediate future action
(“I’m about to leave” // “I am to leave”)
Future Progressive
(“Will” + “be” + -ing)
• Main uses:
- in progress at a specific time in the future
- + “for” + future indication of time
Future Perfect
(“Will” + “have” + 3rd column)
• Main uses:
- actions that will be completed by a certain time in the future
Future Perfect Progressive
(“Will have been” + participles)
• Main uses:
- future events ongoing before a time limit
- + “for” + period of time
