What rules do POP stipulate?

A

Stipulate grape growing and winemaking regulations, such as yields and which varieties can be grown.
POP Naoussa is unusual in also having ageing requirements.
With the exception of Muscat for sweet wines, POPs are usually restricted to native varieties.
