I - confined to uterus (a=<50% of myometrium, b=>50% of myometrium)
II - invades cervix
III - local and/or regional tumour spread
IVA - invades bladder or bowel mucosa
IVB - distant mets

1c - ovarian surface/rupture/surgical spill
2a - uterus or fallopian tube
2b - extension to other pelvic intraperitoneal organs
