Personal hygiene + guidelines

A

Keeping your body, teeth, hair and clothes clean and tidy.

Guidelines -
1. Wash hands in warm soppy water
2. Shower or bathe everyday , particularly after exercise using soap to prevent odour
3. Wash hair at least once a week more often if necessary using warm water shampoo and conditioner
4. Brush teeth morning and night and after meals
5. Change snaitary towels or tampons frequently

Sun care and the skin -

A

Too much sun can damage your skin and can lead to premature ageing and skin cancer.
Avoid too much sun , especially during midday.
Wear a hat and sunglasses to protect your eyes and also avoid getting the top of your head and face being damaged by the sun.
Wear a high SPF everyday as it protects against harmful UV rays
