Reduced excercise intolerance

A
Loop diuretics in symptoms of fluid retention

1st line chronic heart failure
And if not tolerate whats 2nd
A
ACEi
ARB if C/I + BB
If ACEi/ARB not tolerated give hydralazine and nitrate

If symptoms continue despite 1st line options

A
MRA - spironolactone/eplerenone
Sacubitril/valsartan - replace ACEi if EF <35%
Add SGLT2-i empag or dapag
Add ivabradine HR>75bpm and EF<35%
Add digoxin if heart failure with sinus rhythm
