A
  1. ↓ Somatostatin
  2. increase luminal gastric acid
  3. Urease -> results in ammonia generation
  4. ↓ HCO3- Secretion

  • biopsy
  • stool antigen
    — C urea breath test
    ( both would be +ve)

A

tripple cap therapy
- clarithromycin, amoxicillin, PPI ( proton pump inhibitor)
