A

Treaty of Etaples 1492 - signed with the French meant that France was no longer a safe haven for the Yorkist pretender Perkin Warbeck.

A

Treaty of Medina Del Campo 1489 - signed with Spain - secured the marriage of Catherine of Aragon and Arthur. Secured the dynasty as more heirs to the throne would secure the line of succession

How did Henry secure trade?

A

Treaty of Windsor which led to the Intercursus Malus although this fell through with relations restored the following year through the Intercursus Magnus.
Also achieved national security as pretender Earl of Suffolk was handed over and imprisoned in the tower
Shows national security was more important aim as Henry was keen to crush pretenders alongside increasing trade
