A

Henry liked to have an overview of government however he was happy to let others to do the mundane work for him.

A

The was little to suggest that the role of Parliament differed from his father ( continuity ). Its two main functions remained: to grant extraordinary revenue to the crown and to pass laws. Before 1529, Henry only summoned Parliaments in 1510, 1512, 1515 and 1523.
