Purpose

The purpose of homeostasis is to maintain a stable internal environment within an organisim despite changes in the external environment. This is achieved through a variety of mechanisms, including feed back loops, hormone reguation, and nervous system responses, which help to regulate tempreture, PH, fluid balance, and other physiological variables
