Q
what is ebsteins anomaly
what does the murmur sound like
what condition is ebsteins anomaly associated with?
A
due to the downward displacement of an abnormal tricuspid valve into the right ventricle.
increased volume in the right atria leads to cyanosis.
these kids experience SVT in which they have to do vagal manuvers (ice on face). also associated with WPW
quiet precordium, holosystolic murmur for the tricuspid regurg over most of the anterior chest and a gallop rhythm.
