· Challenge yourself to extend your learning - Learn new words and incorporate them in your daily life and also try to remember the other words which are similar to the new word.

· Challenge: Challenge yourself and pick more difficult content for yourself to read and listen this will aid you to hone your writing and speaking skills.

· Challenge yourself, Step out of the comfort zone. Try to speak about the topic that you are not/less familiar with. Incorporate new and complex vocabulary and grammar structures.

· Stop doing the same thing and start doing things differently. Change things up.
