- severe abdominal pain with a penetrating quality
- nausea and vomiting
- rapid heart rate
- fast shallow breathing
- fever
- indigestion and pain after eating
- fatty stool that leave an oily film in the toilet
- loss of appetite and unintentionaly weight loss
