Q
I bear a charmed life, which must not yield to one of woman born”
A
Macbeth is still convinced he is invincible due to the witches’ prophecy, he believes he will not be killed as no one born from a woman can do so. It shows his over confidence and how his ambition has led to him not actually understanding the prophecy which is ironic as it ends up with Macduff killing him.
