Q

How do you contribute to ensuring you have a diverse & inclusive workforce?

A

I work with all members of the team (helping grads and apprentices) and made conscious efforts to help new members of the team who have relocated from overseas.

I admit years ago I may have spent more of my time with those similar to me (age, work experience, nationality) but I understand the importance now of not doing this.
