What was the Industrial Revolution?
The Industrial Revolution was a group of small revolutions that improved everyday life in England.
What were the dangers of going on highways?
You could get robbed, killed, or lost.

A competition to decide the best train for passengers

Why was standard time established in England?
Standard time was used because it was hard to change your clocks every time you travelled since it was now very quick to go to places, it was confusing to read time tables for trains and people often missed meetings or important events.

James Brindley invented canals.
