A

Gram-negative anaerobes:
- Bacteroides fragilis (though some resistance is emerging)
- Fusobacterium species
- Prevotella species

✅ Gram-positive anaerobes:
- Clostridium difficile (though vancomycin is preferred)
- Clostridium perfringens
- Peptostreptococcus (limited coverage)

✅ Protozoa:
- Trichomonas vaginalis
- Giardia lamblia
- Entamoeba histolytica
