Intracapsular NOF - hemi-arthroplasty or THR
(THR reserved for active patients, with no significant co-morbidities)

Extracapsular - DHS (intertrochanteric) vs IM nail (subtrochanteric)

Non-displaced intracapsular neck of femur fracture (Garden I/II) = open reduction and internal fixation with hip screws.
