Q

What are receptor systems?

A

The player uses their senses to collect the info from the display; kinaesthetic, balance, touch, smell, hear

Q

What are the perceptual mechanisms?

A

The player detects the info picked up by the receptors and filters out all irrelevant info

Q

What are the translatory mechanisms?

A

Player compares the relevant info picked up from perception to an action, an appropriate decision is tried to be made

Q

What are the effector mechanisms?

A

Network of nerves that receive the decisions, then ensure the decision is carried out by the muscles

Q

What is output data?

A

The muscles pick up the response and the action is made as the muscles contract

Q

What is feedback data?

A

During and after their response, feedback is available in various forms to the performer
