A
  1. Report to on-Duty Battalion Chief immediately (who was on-duty at time of injury)
  2. Complete PERSONNEL System Injury report
  3. Enter injury in JOURNAL System
  4. provide PURPLE packet
  5. Assist member in completing DILD, then forward to Battalion Chief
  6. Notify BHQ (when notified of ETA off/coming back)
  7. WSR forward to BC (when received
